1 : fabrication of the parts in a controlled, factory environment so that construction consists mainly of assembling and uniting standardized parts
2 : method for speeding up projects and reducing overall costs
What does it mean to work with a prefabrication solution on your project?
1. Send us your complete drawing package and keep us up to date with any revisions. We need to see the electrical, mechanical and architectural drawings so that we can accurately design your project and avoid any potential conflicts before they become major issues. The most helpful way to do this is to invite us to your PlanGrid (or other project collaboration app) project.
2. Set up a meeting with the Project Manager and Foreman to syncronize expectations and delivery schedule. It's important that we build your project in the sequence that make the most sense for your project and that we follow all your company's preferred building methods.
3. Accept deliveries and install your prefabricated assemblies. It really is that simple!
